As much as we all have in common, we are also amazingly unique! Your guide may be a university professor,
an airline pilot, a musician, a fireman, an adventure racer, a marine, a photographer, or a geologist.
Diverse as we are, we share a common passion for the great outdoors. We love to meet new people

Do you love to be outside and dread the thought of being stuck in a cubicle?
Do you like to hike and sleep out under the stars at night? Ever wanted to
get paid to do what you love?
We are always looking for environmentally
conscious folk to add to our family. If you like showing your friends the
backcountry and get excited while exploring new trails and destinations, then you
might fit in at Desert Adventures.
Previous guiding experience isn't always necessary, but personal outdoor experience is a MUST. You should be able
to make proper decisions calmly and quickly, even amidst chaos. Being flexible and
able to adapt to change is essential.
Guides must show previous guiding experience or complete our in-house training program to meet a minimum skill
level required to be a trip leader. Previous experience may count toward required training. Skills can also be acquired
outside of Desert Adventures.

Qualified applicants should have a clean appearance, the ability to lead & manage groups,
be physically fit, and able to lift 50 lbs. Clean driving records are a must.
