Do you provide transportation to your location?
Yes. We pick up at Excalibur (tour bus Rotunda) one hour prior to your scheduled zipline tour. You may
also drive yourself to our location (30 minutes from Vegas Strip) if you have your own transportation.
How long does the tour last?
Approximately 2.5 hours, not including transportation.
What is included during the trip?
Round trip transportation to and from the Las Vegas Strip, along with all
transfers and fees, is included. All safety equipment, instruction, and guides.
Do you offer any discounts for children (or other)?
Children age 12-14 years receive a $10 dollar discount for our zipline tour.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Yes. There is some hiking to get to the launch pads, and each guest will need to sign a waiver.
For this reason, we ask that children be at least 12 years of age, or older.
Is there a weight restriction?
Yes. You must be between 75 lbs and 250 lbs to take this adventure. Because the flightlines rely on the
concept of gravity, a person's weight determines how fast they descend into the landing pad.
What is the proper attire/clothing for the ziplines?
Take a look at our packing list section, for
a complete outline of items to bring. Casual clothing is recommended. Tennis shoes or hiking shoes are HIGHLY recommended;
sandals, flip flops, high heels, and cowboy boots are STRONGLY DISCOURAGED.
Do I need to bring water?
We provide water for every guest. If you would like to bring your own, you may do so.
Should I tip my tour guide?
Tips are not mandatory, but your tour guides do work very hard to make sure you are safe and ensure you have a
great time. Any gratuities you would like to give are greatly appreciated.
What if I have to cancel?
We have a 14 day cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 14 days are subject to partial refunds. Absolutely
no refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours. If you must reschedule, we require 48 hours
notice and rescheduling fees will apply. Desert Adventures will not issue any refund for leaving a trip early, or
for late arrivals. The tour is subject to closure during excessive winds or unsafe
conditions. In this case, we will reschedule, issue a credit, or refund money, depending on individual

Should I buy travel insurance?
If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellations, we strongly suggest you purchase trip cancellation
insurance to protect your investment. Our cancellation policy will apply in every instance, with no
exceptions for any reason. We cannot be responsible for any expenses incurred due to travel delays,
flight cancellations, or illness. Desert Adventures assumes no financial responsibility for personal injury,
emergency evacuation, or equipment lost or damaged in any way. By participating in this type of activity, you
are assuming responsibility for the risks involved.
